Well, it’s officially that time if the year again CSC friends. It gets crazy around the Handey house starting this week.
First, I was blessed to have two birthdays in my house this week. I think that God likes to throw a wrench or two in your life just to make sure you stay on your Christ like toes.
My challenge is having two birthdays in one week. Stressful for the mommy who loves to be ultra creative when it comes to birthdays.
I have my birthday hat on and ready to go! I always like to give a little birthday shout outs to two of my biggest cheerleaders on my blog. I want you all to know that God blessed me with the sweetest guys who always are my number one supporters with Centsibly Southern Chic.
I find it fitting to write about my guys on their birthdays.
Dill, what a sweet and loving boy you have become. Of course, you have your moments like we all do in life but, I’m so proud of you for always taking those moments and learning from them.
Instead of picking Auburn or Alabama, he keeps it neutral by sticking to the team that’s a common ground for both Mommy and Daddy (such a smart boy), the New Orleans Saints. What a wonderful gift God gave to me when he gave me you and a blessing indeed.
I’m so grateful to be able to plan and celebrate your big birthday, 5 years old! My, does this get easier moms? When they say time flies, they weren’t kidding.
So thank you God for allowing me to celebrate 5 yrs with this silly little boy and of course I pray that I can always enjoy this time of year to celebrate many more! It’s really not too bad, the planner and organizer in me has it all planned out in advance anyway, LOL.
Happy birthday Dill!
On to Jeffery. He wanted Dill to be born on his birthday, are you kidding me! Then again, I could have killed two birds with one stone.
Might not of been a bad idea, but with that said, what an amazing daddy, husband, uncle, brother-in-law, son-in-law, friend and God loving husband he is.
Jeffery has been my rock and recently he has been more like a big boulder! He has been there for me through good times and bad and all I can say is thank God for Jeffery.
He inspires me and gives me hope to keep up with my many projects including CSC, when most people would probably think I have way too much time on my hands…ha!
Not Jeffery, he is and will always be my biggest fan. Thanks for picking me Jeffery to be your wife and praise God for getting us through another big milestone in your life.
Happy 35 or should I say 29? Let’s just embrace those 35 yrs! Still young and having fun!
Happy birthday. Love you, Laura!
To my birthday boys, have a great birthday week! While I run around like crazy trying to make it perfect for you I want you both to know how blessed I am to have you both in my life!
