Black pants and a light white tank

We all have different jobs throughout the week. You may be a stay at home mom, a working mom, a working woman, or a stay at home wife.

Call it what you want, we all have different jobs, different priorities, and different ways of living our lives. Some of us stay so busy that taking time out for ourselves is just not a reality.

I don’t care if you have children or if you don’t, the reality of it all is we all work hard at or for something and that’s the beauty of being a women.

We have our own individual styles and our own way of living. It’s interesting to see that even though we all have somewhat different lifestyle we all are drawn toward the same things.

When I walk into my client’s closets I have the fun job of seeing who they are simply by looking at their clothes. Whether you have all casual clothes, causal and work clothes, a little bit of dinner date clothes or all of the above, we are all the same.

The great thing is it’s easy to help you find comfort and diversity when it comes to your style.

What it all boils down to is all of us ladies enjoy feeling good about ourselves. Little does that have to do with the clothes rather it’s all about your confidence.

Enjoy these tips on taking your own comfortable style and making it into something you are also confident wearing.

Pants, Shorts and T-shirts

I know it is so nice to slip into your favorite pair of jeans or casual shorts. If this is your daily routine that is ok, just have fun with it.

You can take this casual and comfortable style to another level in fashion.

Dresses and Skirts

These too can be casual and comfortable styles. Sometimes shorts or pants are just not ideal for certain people’s style.

It can be easier or more versatile to throw on a skirt or dress during the week or weekends.

Be mindful of the style and length when you are wearing your dresses or skirts. You certainly don’t want to wear something that is not appropriate for work.

Accessories

Add small details like purses, clutches, jewelry. Accessories can be a highlight to an outfit and also allow you to have more possibilities when getting dressed.

Be Creative

Have fun DIY products in mind when it comes to playing up your style.

To give you an example, take your old tees or tanks and have fun tie dying them or adding an antique broach that suits your fancy with some comfortable flats.

Add pieces or layers to dress your style up or down. This will increase the longevity and versatility of your articles of clothing.

Find a Trend that Works for You

This is ideal for anyone that wants to enjoy wearing what they are comfortable in, but would love to make simple changes.

Mixing prints or colors can take a simple pair of pants, T’s, or shorts to a fun new level of style.

Shoes can Help Transform an Outfit like Accessories.

Find character in your shoes. Maybe spice it up with a pop of color or maybe even a different print or style that you normally don’t wear.

Now, even though we are comfortable in our of clothing lets try to branch out and find different ways to be comfortable in a new style.

If you are used to wearing pants and shorts find a skirt or dress that fits you and your body and vice versa with your skirt or dress.

Have fun, you can still enjoy your comfortable style while taking small baby steps in the fashion world.

Be happy, love yourself, your body and embrace your style!
