Speedy fashion tips for a busy lifestyle, does this sound unrealistic?

Well it shouldn’t.

I know that our lives feel as if we are running a rat race at times.

  • Wake up
  • Pack lunches (the night before if you are really organized)
  • Wake kiddos up (this in itself can be the most challenging part of it all)
  • Get breakfast
  • Grab bags
  • Get in the car

Then you realize you need to turn back around because you left something at home..and it’s not just your sanity!

  • Drop kids off at school
  • Run errands
  • Go to work
  • Clean the house
  • Get dinner ready for the evening

…well, you get it. A mother’s work is never done no matter what time of the day it is.

Does this sounds scary dads?

Maybe there are some dads that can relate to this or totally understand and appreciate the hard work that’s put into all of this amazing chaos (I say amazing because we do love our families ladies).

Well, don’t let it scare you because I know how to relieve a little of this stress.

Plan Your Schedule Out

If you are organized then this should be super easy to do. If you’re not then you have no idea how much this will help your busy schedule throughout the day.

If you can start planning on Sunday that’s great, but we all know that life is full of changes so that’s not always realistic.

Try figuring out what you will be wearing the next day. Lay out or hang up the items so all you have to do is throw them on and go. This can be work attire, workout clothes or casual.

Have Fun With Your Hair

Your hair is an accessory that you wear with every outfit. Wear your hair differently. Color it, cut it differently, style it, add some curls, or simply pull it back or pin it up with bobby pins.

Add Pops of Color or Prints to Your Style

As we age, we tend to stick to darker colors; this is an easy go to item to have in our wardrobe.

It’s quick to throw on without a lot of thinking. We tend to forget that wearing bland colors will also date your appearance.

I am very guilty of piling up my closet with a lot of black. However, you can change up neutral colors simply by adding pops of colors and prints.

These work well with simple accessories or layering pieces for your wardrobe. And are also a quick way to change out your style.

Accessorize

Yep, accessories are a quick way to quickly style up a simple outfit on the go.

These help even if you are hitting the gym or going to eat lunch with your girlfriends. It can be your favorite purse/bag, jewelry or scarf.

Keep Versatility in Mind

While shopping purchase items that will go with a few other pieces that you already have in your wardrobe. You will be able to mix and match, and create new looks without spending money on new outfits.

Be Well-Groomed

Be updated about what’s happening around you. Understand yourself and your daily style.

It doesn’t take long to throw on lipstick, a little blush and mascara to help you enjoy your fast pace day. Take a little time for yourself we all need this.

Remember, life is crazy, but using these few simple tips will help everyone enjoy life more when it comes to working fashion into your busy life without all the stress.
