I hope you are having a wonderful and happy Tuesday.
Let’s help you start your week off right by showing you how easy it is to save money on your style.
An awesome part about being a stylist is having clients that love to give me their pre-loved clothes. This is great for me, because I get to transform them into a new style. This also gives me an opportunity to show you what it’s like to take something old/preloved and make it new.
This is the world of fashion that I love. You can borrow clothes, have clothing swaps, or even shop your local Goodwill stores for new styles simply purchasing pre-loved clothing.

Thanks to Katie for giving me her Maxi dress. I paired it with my faux leather jacket I bought from Target last year for $11.00. I already had the belt and the boots.
A little style tip for those items of clothing that might not fit just right. The belt, boots, necklace, and jacket helped me with the fit of the dress a little better.
The top of the dress was a little big so the jacket covered it. The lighter colored belt gave the illusion of an elongated torso as well as the necklace. I then added my ankle boots to give me a little height. This little trick helped me save money on alterations.
