Ahhhh…what southern girl doesn’t dream about tulle?

How many of us have always had that inner princess that wants to come out from time to time? Being a southern stylist aka southern belle has its advantages when it comes to frou frou styling.

I love everything with bows, tulle, and cowboy boots with a slight somewhat edgy style. I think all of these combos can makes an attractive look and still keep my girlie/southern charm.

The one material that comes to my mind and that is simply southern would be gorgeous tulle.

Whether it be your wedding day, your prom dress, or just thinking back on your or days of being a little ballerina. The only reason we enjoyed taking dance lessons was because of the dance recital costumes, right?

Guess what fashionistas, tulle is not made just for the young ballerinas and Barbie dolls. Tulle can be high fashion as well as a glamorous style.

Call me simply southern and somewhat shameless of this ever glamorous fabric..would you call it a fabric?

Either way, like we say in the south bigger is always better the higher the heel the closer you are to Jesus. And this southern gal is a Jesus lover so that’s fine by me.

So without becoming a dancer or channeling your inner princess, I’m going to show you how to appreciate and enjoy tulle. And yes ladies, I will make this work for any age and this is an easy DIY project. We all know I love those.

You might have some tulle from an old prom dress, wedding dresses, or maybe go to your local thrift store and purchase a dress with all that tulle underneath. Besides, if Carrie Bradshaw can pull off tulle and make it look fabulous I say you can too!

Enjoy my tulle fashion friendly styling tips.
